Actually, it's a UBGL-M1. A Bulgarian copy (more or less) of the Colt M203. Give away is the handguard section. and the mount.

Thanks for the useful response Kokanee... It's obviously just an M203 that shares almost no identifiable characteristics with it's western counterpart...
