8.4V 2400 MAH in a Echo 1 M4A1
Would this battery work fine in this gun stock? Alot of you are saying to go no more then like 8.4v 800 mah if i remember reading correctly.

Probably, but at 2400mAh this is most likely a large pack, ergo it won't fit physically in the gun.
You're looking for "mini" packs, most commonly seen in 600mAh format. |

They do make mini 1200mAH in 8.4v as well.

you can't put any batteries inside M4 stocks, period.
Only MINIs for M4A1s. Unless you get Crane stocks which can take CUSTOM batteries. |

You'd have to put a full stock on and take the colapsing stock off, which also means you'd have to re-wire the mech box to the rear instead of the front. I did this to my CA M4, what a pain, you have to open the mech box to move the wires to the rear, I'm running my wifes JG M4 with 8.4v 1500MaH packs, and so far one has lasted all day.

Or if you have a full stock, but M4a1s usually don't come configured with them out of the box.

Unless you get the tactical M4, but I don't think JG makes those.

Ill just use the batteries that come with the gun and hope those last.

If your worried about running out of juice before the day is over, you can get a nunchuk pack, I had a couple last year that were 3000MaH, that would last all day and will fit in the handguard of the M4.

with an 8.4V 1200mAH battery, I put out over 1300 bbs in a full day, and the battery wasnt anywear near dead. Probly could have run through a few hundred more shots
