You want to put an M4 stock on an MP5? Or vice versa? Or do you mean literally turning an MP5 stock into an M4 stock?

What model is you H&K? I have put one on an MP5-k, I am guessing this is not what you have, as the way to go about it would be fairly obvious to you.

Well the "K" has a metal plate on the rear of the gun, held by what i assume is the same two pins yours is, If the back end of both the J and the K are the same you could just buy the rear plate for the K, drill a hole in the center insert bolt and nut..job done.
Stalker has put one on as well, I dont know if he did what I just mentioned or if he devised another method to attach it.

Nice. I personally like the full stock MP5 with RAS front. Looks sexy

I think I am going to try this sometime, I just need a second stock attachment that I don't mind screwing up.
My idea is to keep the same two screw holes intact, by using them to secure on a piece of sheet steel with a carriage bolt through the middle (where Stalker describes drilling out the mounting bracket). The bolt extends into the M4 buffer tube and attaches with the standard disc thingy that all armalites use. This method would be entirely reversible...remove the screws and put on the old stock. |
