Communication with 007 Airsoft, Calgary
Hi
Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what to do?? I ordered a gun from 007 Airsoft as a Christmas gift back in mid November with a promise of Christmas delivery. To date, I have not received the gun and was advised last week that it had not come in yet. I have been unable to communicate with anybody from their store since Friday. I have emailed numerous times and their phone just has voice mail on. Has anybody else had this negative experience with this on-line retailer?? :rrr: |

Ken is ultra above board, if you had searched a little you would find the countless # of posts exactly the same as yours with the answers you are looking for.
Welcome to canadian airsoft purchases. These things take time, I know you have a time line but this is unfortanitly the case of canadian airsoft... Stuff is expensive and takes time to get. Ken is running 1 of the 2 retailers in canada by himself and I am sure he is swamped. Are you in calgary? if so you can pick the gun up from him ussually. Ken is really good with his customer service and has been very involved in the community here in calgary for 10 years, he isn't in the business of screwing people, he may be out of town or whatever. I know it isn't easy but try not to fret Ken has always done the right thing in regards to customer service from anyone I know that has dealt with him. |

All I can say is that I tried in multiple emails over a couple of weeks to buy a CA M15A4 rifle from him and I never received any reply to any of my emails to date, and this was from mid-November. I had the cash and was ready to buy, but never heard back. So I just ponied up and went to A&A instead, where at least I was being acknowledged. The gun cost about $25 more there, but the fact that I actually got service made it all worthwhile to me.
Other than that, I have no personal experience in dealing with 007. But people here seem to speak very highly of him as a straight-up guy. And I've learned to trust the opinion of veteran members of this forum.

That picture makes me want to buy something,,,,,,,
But yes it makes more sense to pour your energy into receiving and sorting the shipment and getting orders out the door vs. answering mail, phones, going to the can, etc. |

I would vouch for Ken any day. 007 is not into scamming anyone. Any delay is unintentional on his part. I would suggest patience.
