Custom mp5 problems
Hello all,
Well I have decided to upgrade my mp5. The list of parts: systema magnum motor systema m120 prometheous high speed gears Worked amazing until I added to the list: AK length madbull 6.03 python barrel Madbull shark accelerator bucking King arms long silencer hurricane type A cylinder ( I think this is the problem) Upon shooting, the first 60 rounds curved down after about 15 yards, even with hopup all the way up. I assumed my hopup bucking was either missalligned or not worn in. Kept shooting, and began shooting perfect for about 40 rounds. Then it went back to the way it was before, and then declined to the point where it wasnt even feeding correctly. I believe it is because I have a type A cylinder installed, while what I really need is a type o cylinder. Am I right on this assumption? |

Type-o cylinder would ideal for that barrel.
Which mad bull bucking is that? What colour? Could also be another problem. The black/blue version is intended for mild springs only. M120 is way too high. Mad Bull released newer red ones for higher fps guns with the normal buckings as well. |

This is a BIG problem here that will rear it's ugly head down the line (sooner rather than later):

i have been using this setup for a long time, maybe about 20,000 rounds...gears are still in great condition, and motor is fine. I understood this upon purchasing but idono it is holding up great.
