From what I could tell from reading up on them a while back, they're not horrible guns if you can do work on them yourself. Like the Aftermath Kraken, they're a good platform to build and upgrade on to get a better gun for less money than buying a similar model band name. You can essentially have a full, pimped out gun for about the price of a stock TM or less. If you're a collector who likes to occasionally plink in your house, then stock TF is good. If you want to use it for gaming, you'll have to sink extra money and work into it to get it up to par.

Pros:

Metal gearboxes
TM compatible
Cheap

Cons:

Parts of questionable quality
Bad shiming and overgreasing of mechbox
Crap batteries
Reliability

I will familiarize myself with the gearbox quickly. Do you Know if they are running the same gear box as jg/echo/well. I have read the tactical fore or TF is the same as well. TF says that the mp5 or tf5 shoots 340, airsplat say the well r5 (same gun as far as I know) shoots 260. I am also questioning if I can buy Parts from airsplat such as gears, shims, barrels.

i have one, im told that its mostly tm compatable, i havent tested the fps, but its probably close to 260. it doesnt shoot anywhere near the speed of my stock classic army. its a pretty solid cheap gun for the price. right now its a project/loaner gun. also, i took it apart to have a look at the internals, using the guide on gearbox.com and everything seemed to be the same as tm. hope this helps

I've got a bunch of these listed in the Classifieds- they're alright guns. I don't really like their M4 very much, but all their guns are very solid upgrade bases, and are completely TM compatible- except the Mac11, which uses Maruzen internals (and is a complete BEAST, I absolutely love it).

Prefer JG any day? Tactical force will be easy to get (cept' I have to buy three of the same gun) JG will be a little harder but I think its possible. How is the front grip on the JG m4a1?
