I dont see you shouldnt be able to. Unless the country its coming from has an export restriction, I believe you should be alright, some folks have brought in whole front ends so I dont believe it should be a terrible issue.

mind you I have a few and maybe that I might be parting from one...They are from real steal that is retreaded to a 14mm CW
