Having put in what I later felt were inordinate amounts of time, money and effort to get my DMR up and running - twice - I'd also recommend buying it compelte if able. Unless you really love playing with gun guts (which is admittedly cool), but in my experience it has worked out to about the same price as buying a new whole one. Plus the time involved, and the awkward stares when neighbors come to visit.

Hey

vondnik- HA good one lol I wish I was rich so I could buy you gone lol.

I dont really mind building the gun, and I actually saw a picture of a JP Rifle 12" front end with a crane stock and a SPR flashhider, which Im now thinking of building because I love the way it looked, Ill try and post a pic of it later. But Im still looking at a SPR kits too. And just thought I would ask, if you go to the VFC website and go ot the AEG section, under the M4/16 section it shows the SPR guns but you can select them. Are they going to be making these as complete guns now, or is it just kinda a hint that there is a SPR kit in the accesorys section?

Try to pm Jugglez. He runs airsoftparts.ca

I know spleen made his SPR Mod0 from the CA front grip and Jugglez was able to get everything for him. Including the top rail.

If he can't, you might want to pm spleen. I remember he was trying to sell his Mod0.
Here's his thread on his SPR. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=28300

Where can I find the GBtech Mod 0 kit?

I have looked on multiple sites and it's been listed as "out of stock." I've also contacted some other people and they've informed me that it's been out of production for years now.

I'm confused

Thanks

Hey

Im pretty sure GB-Tech is just VFC now, because the the url is www.gb-tech.com.tw/ so I would assume that, and if you go under the accesorys section, theres the MOD 0 kit in there, aswell as others. Hope that helps.

Matrix makes a SPR Mod0 kit that sells for $100 USD at Evike.com.

Don't ask me how good is the kit. I already have the GB-Tech Mod0 kit.

Honestly, I think the Matrix one is far inferior to the GBtech one. I sold my Matrix one already.

Anyways, I'm curious as to where everyone is seeing the VFC/GB-tech kit as in stock?

I'm inductively reasoning that at least some of you have including the OP because many posters in this thread speak of the GBtech mod 0 kit as a potential option, albeit an expensive one, which assumes that it's even available to purchase.

Everywhere I've been including the VFC/GB-tech website show it as out of stock.
