Stop firing when mag is empty is a touchy problem. I explored it a few years ago and another fellow had some thoughts too. We tried a few things.
The main problems boil down to: - The AEG never actually feeds the last few BBs - Don't want something where you need to modify every mag you own If you can solve those two problems then you're off to the races. |

TM M14, Type 89 and AK74MN all use newer mag designs that feeds all the BBs, does that help? The second one isn't so bad, provided the modification is simple and inexpensive enough.
