Most HK dealers will ship parts and such to Canada. They just won't ship items that are known to be restricted / prohibited, such as full guns, metal receivers, pistol frames, grenades, etc. And when it's an item that IS legal, but could still get seized by a dumbass customs officer who can't read rules (like a metal slide), they will often warn you about the risks as well.
