It depends on the gun, what components are on it, what components are in it and what materials are used to manufacture all of those components. Even the motor and battery used will affect volume.

I will get a Sound Meter Level in the near future and conduct some experience to check the decibel level. I ll share the result

Don't use one of those simple weighted dB meters. Use an RTA (real time analyzer) in an unweighted setting. It will give you a frequency spread (1/3 octave is an ISO standard) and the highest frequency crest is what it will use for the dB reading. Using weighted meters is pretty much useless, as they will alter the spectrum (bell curve) and not all people hear the same.
If you have the cash, the Audio Control SA-3050 or 3055 is fine, or you get get any one of a number of brands for use with a laptop or PC. Then, you can see in real time how chnages to a gun will affect it's real world sound in both frequency and level.

There was a few PC options that were around $500-$600. What they do precisely I don't know. I was shopping around for an SA-3050 a few months back and stumbled onto them. I don't own a laptop, so they're pretty much useless for me. I need portability.
