For an M4 get the Systema M120 gearbox. You will get great ROF and FPS at the same time. I also request getting a Systema Magnum motor.
10.8V batteries give you 1200+ RPM at least, but I have a 9.6V 1800 MaH and I get great ROF.

Your list of items pertty much rights you up to an entirely new mechbox. IF you really think that this is a nessessary thing to do, then get yourself a complete mechbox, it will be cheaper and alot less work.
