Quick question concerning TLP charger.
Would it be safe for North American outlets if I set the charger to 110V and used a PC cable instead of the cable that came with it? Thanks.

Dont see why not, the RMS voltage at an outlet here in canada is usually around 110-112 volts not 120. Plus, if your thinking of using the PC cable, it should be rated to handle such a voltage and current.
