D-Boys M-4 Body/Mag compatibility

I'd mirror Colin's observations...but maybe not take the ultimatum-like stance that he takes.

At best the bodies are functionally acceptable if you're in a pinch, or cannot afford something better. With attention and effort, they can be made to work well. But the original ones and the newer gen are not as nice as G&P/Hurricane/KA bodies.

With a very poor history, it's difficult to toss money towards an inconsistent product. Time will tell.

Jesse...if I've got the timeline right, I think that your more positive experiences are heavily weighted with the more current bodies and you may have missed the original blast of crap that first came out.

I have a G&P metal body and Dboy mags NOR G&P mags work in it lol!

Dboys may be cheaper but they have allot more lemons hiding in the bucket and thus could require allot of work to get them fitting right

yea. theres only one d-boys aeg im interested in and thats the "kalash" ak74u
ive bought some aftermarket d-boys products. theyre pretty cheap and seem nice. my brothers kraken has a d-boys gearbox in it. it sounds smooth and nice and fires quite well but if you half ass the trigger it locks up and you have to plug a lipo in and fire it to get it to shoot again and i dunno whats exactly causing that. his ak is basically a D-kraken

Ya the body is fair, mine had no problems other than my old mags didnt work... no fitment issues but its only time till i get a better one...
