No Offense to SurplusIG but I would prefer to read articles written by gear experts and a writer that does not have a vested interest in selling what is being reviewed or portrayed. The best way a store such as Surplus IG can help a budding publication is by purchasing some ad space and/or supplying review samples. Just my two cents.

But you need people's reviews also do you not ? If i make something and say it's the best and people think it's not then that word needs to get out.

Still looking for representatives and content providers for B.C., Alberta, Sask, Manitoba, Quebec, and Atlantic canada. Writers, photographers, technical gear heads and product reviewers. PM me with samples of your work. We are only looking for serious people with strong knowledge of what they are interested in contributing to.

Yet another nudge. If you are interested in contributing, and consider yourself and expert in your specific area, please contact me via PM.

'IF' this project gets off the ground (pending advertising support and magazine sales) I will be looking at a first issue distribution date of early 2009 (probably early spring once the snow thaws and peoples minds turn to airsoft again).

The magazine is Canadian-centric with some limited coverage of U.S. and U.K. happenings.

Stay tuned for updates.
