Howdy our Northern brothers and sisters!
It was a pleasure meeting some of you at OPNW-V in Ransomeville back in Aug.
Some had asked about what events can be attended by non-US citizens? Simple, any event that's not held on Federal military installation, which means, Lion Claws, Hac Bao, Rodina, Night Scorpion, IRENE (2003, 2004, 2008), and etc.. Things may change in 2009 as AOs are, as in Canada, hard to come by.
