Attn. Mopic: please read Re:M15A4
First of all if your name isn't mopic don't post in this thread. I don't care how many fantastic transactions you have had because the one I am involved in at the moment has been anything but smooth. I would also like to apologize to the admins for doing this but it seems to be the only way to get anything done with mopic.
Mopic please send me the tracking number for the gun you shipped to me on the 11th. It has not arrived yet which means CP likely lost it or you didn't ship it. If you haven't shipped it please send it xpresspost since the 2 week guarantee you listed in your sale thread expired a week ago as did the shipping within 72h. I just want my gun so don't offer me a refund please just ship it or help me track down where CP has it. I'm sorry this had to become public but I am sick of being ignored and you have had 3 weeks to prevent this from happening. please email me |

I received your email today, If this item does not arrive by next week I will issue a refund. I have never listed a 2 week delivery service standard. we are at the height of the playing season, your item went out Tuesday of this week. Please don't worry. Your item will arrive. Thank you for your continued patience.

I do not want a refund I would like the gun I paid for since you are the only one who has one new in canada. I have already bought parts for it so I just need a CAM15A4. This is the only reason I have been so patient with you.
why did you tell me it shipped on the 11th when in fact it shipped this Tuesday? Are you sure it shipped this Tuesday? I'm going on vacation next week so I will likely miss the delivery unless it arrives today. You still have yet to provide me with a tracking number which i have asked for 3 times since the 11th and it would be handy to have one at this point so i know whether or not i will miss the delivery. -even if there wasn't a 2 week delivery anywhere in canada listed on your thread there was a ships within 72h. If you cant make your own guarantee don't promise one and people wont be so upset. also if its so busy hire some help. theres no excuse for such poor customer service, people dont like being ignored especially when you have handed them $500. |

You must seriously be the most incompetent disorganized person on the face of this earth to have your thumb up your ass for a month and not send me my gun. Clearly from the latest I love mopic thread you have been to the post office in the past month so why not bring my gun along just for fun and send it too.
Also, Clearly your last post and the email before that where you claimed to have shipped my item are nothing but lies and that's probably why you have yet to produce a tracking number. I'm normally a fairly calm individual but i cant stand being lied too and you have finally gotten to the end of my patience. I really hope people read this and realize they are playing Russian roulette when they do business with you. some people get great fast service; the rest of us get shafted with a complete lack of comms after you get our money and lies when you do manage to find your way out of your own ass. You may be the nicest guy in person, i dont know, but as a business man your a complete ass. Give me my fucking money back now. If I wanted to give money to someone to hold onto for a month I would have just put it in the damn bank. maybe you should give me interest since that's basically the only service you provided me with. well thank you, finally. and I do appreciate the express post. seriously though man, 5 weeks and 4 days this took to get shipped. I have received 3 orders from hong kong for my gun doc business in that time frame.
also, don't lie to your customers that's just not cool and frankly it really pissed me off. The tracking info confirms it was shipped today and not on the 2 dates you claimed to have shipped it before. On top of this it ticked me off when other people were getting what they ordered during the same time period i was waiting for my gun. This means you are so disorganized that you went to the post office and just neglected to bring what i ordered. Furthermore, try returning emails as fast as you did before I paid you. I'd rather hear I couldn't make it to the post office this week than hear nothing at all. It's also extremely frustrating to find out that you are responding to new emails about potential orders and ignoring the customers that have already paid. I know this is the case because friends of mine have messaged you in the past month and got a prompt replies. you'd probably find you'd have less emails if you keep your customers informed. Unfortunately I don't think I will ever do business with you again, I just can't trust you and you are too disorganized. plus you never even apologized or admitted fault for any of this. Tristan, you have had the gun over a week, you have signed for it, now release the funds. Door knock and work visits are the next step.
Be a gentleman, you have the item now pay up. Last edited by mopic; September 15th, 2008 at 23:29.. |

Looking for form T-whatev

Locking the thread as the original issue was resolved. As for this hold of funds, well I would find it ironic if mopic had to wait as long as he took to ship the gun out to get his funds unlocked.
