help with my kwa g17

i dont understand this gun.
i tried to install a madbull tightbore, with the effect that the gun started shooting fullauto most of the time. Especially the first few shots are shot in F/A.
I do have 4 mags for this gun
1 new one which came with the gun
and 3 old ones with are a few years old and had some leaks which i actually managed to fix.
I feel that the F/A problem occurs more often with the old mags, but also with the new mag.

Because of this problem i sent the gun back to the retail who "fixed" the problem more or less. Right when i got the gun back and tested it, it was shooting fine.
now one week later i tried to shot it again, and it shots unreliable again.
the slide repeats a few times when i pull the tigger and usually one shot goes straight while the next shot more or less plumps out of the gun...

reinstalling the stock innerbarrel didnt change anything.

can anybody help me?

two more observations:

1. when i put less bb in the mag (about 2/3) the problem occurs less often
2. de-mix gave he hint to check if the blockback-unit is in flush with the rail inside the slide and to adjust it with a thin layer of paper (eg) if not. i tried it and it seems to have an impact on the problem. (actually it seems to solve the problem but creates new problems instead...)
