Another Kraken Thread OMG

Hey guys,

I bought an element body of Haung, for my Kraken. Its the 74 with top cover and grip. Now the mech box fits just fine, as does the front set. I can't seem to get the grip on however. Yes I have a 74 grip. but the back tab on the grip is not meeting up with the hole in the body for it. Should I just cut this tab off? or dremel a hole into the body for it. anyone else have this problem?

Element body's are known for fitment issues, I couldn't get my gearbox into mine, concider yourself lucky.

Just dremel it out to fit your grip and you'll be golden.

I also had fit issues with my Element body, everything went together fine, but there was about 3/16" gap between the gas block tabs and the front of the battery tray, so it actually looked quite back till i filled the gap with JBweld. Just take the grinder to it till it fits!

Modify the cheapest part if possible, in your case this would be the grip.

If you wanna drop by I can make everything fit nicely for you (Wont charge you anything for that :P, I can also show you an example of an AK I built.. I've got it sitting open on the floor right now)

Just give me a ring and I'll get everything sorted out...

I'm supposed to age-verify and look at a couple guns tonight... but I haven't been contacted by the guys yet.
