Springer FAMAS

This is a question about a "broken" (not sure yet) airsoft gun, but it is a
crap soft gun so i figured: Newbie Tank. Hopefully I was correct.


I haven't used this gun in a while so, one day I decided to bring it out and shoot a can. When I cocked it, and pulled the trigger: nothing happened.
I don't know the name of the part so i'll post a picture...

Now, the part that I circled is the problem, it seems to be stuck. I know that thats the problem but how to fix it? Oil? I really haven't a clue.

Any imput into this situation would be appreciated.
