turbo or magnum?
Currently I have systema turbo with 130 spring, helical gearset and 8.4v 3300 mah battery.
It lasts around 2000 shots, before battery is off. If I replace the motor with a magnum, can I get better rof or longer battery life? |

The Systema Turbo probably isn't doing very well with that strong of a spring (it's meant for high speed setups, not high torque), and drawing more power than it should, hence you getting fewer shots. Yes, a higher torque motor like the Systema Magnum will probably get you better battery usage.

A higher voltage / capacity battery would also give you the same effect. I find that when you're pushing a heavy spring, having a 9.6V battery has the added advantage of giving you better battery life as well as decreasing trigger lag.
I run a 9.6V 3300 mAh battery in my JG 416 with an M120 spring, and I can easily get 4000 shots out of it without having to recharge.
