I'm using a set of wrap around ballistic glasses with a metal mesh face mask (both from Toronto Airsoft). Both are very low-profile, so no problem getting comfortable against the sights, both light-weight, and no troubles with fogging so far.

Where it required I use a JT mask with a gaiter. Where I can get away with it I use a pair of revision locusts, and a gaiter.

I bought Jt google Flex8. It's really good and it doesn't fog! And easy to aim!

being new to airsoft I also have been looking for a good combo.
Coming from paintballing I have alot of gear lying around. Once my airsoft gun arrives hopefully my Empire Event's will work out. If not I will look for new gear. |

For indoor/paintball only gigs, use JT Spectra thermals, cut the mask off, and ziptie the bottom half of one of these onto it:
outdoor ESS ICE, and whatever I can get to put in front of my teeth.

I got a pair of old school Scott Voltage XP's for fields that require PB rated goggles (yes they are ASTM rated). When I can wear whatever I want I've usually just used ballistic glasses (thankfully I've never been shot at an angle and had BB's inside the glasses). However I'm probably going to start using "low profile" sealed ballistics in the future like the Revision Bullet Ants or something like that.

I've never worn the mesh lower I own, I found it uncomfortable. and If I am worried about losing teeth I own a custom fitted mouth guard. Personally I own a pair of ESS googles and Revisions with either of those you can't go wrong. Just make sure you get the real ones the revisions come almost nearly fog proof for a handful of games,

As far as face protection goes I wrap a shemagh around my head and face, it catches BB's and reduces the momentum resulting in no energy transfer to my face/teeth. It's kind of like the principle of speedball players wearing super baggy clothing that will "catch" paintballs and make them not break/mark them.
