Now that I've had a play with my WE more I think I agree that the trigger pull itself isn't too heavy, but rather as others have said it's a bit sticky and you can't always feel where it is going to break.

I guess I misinterpreted the that feeling as a heavier pull. I have a spare trigger box from my gen 3 upgrade so I'll open it up and do some learning. I'll start with giving the surfaces a bit of a polish and remove any burrs that I might see
