Really? I can think of many Airsoft shops in the UK.
Its obvious you are not a registered member of UKARA.

There are two types of Armalite hopups, 1 and 2 pieces. A 2 piece is currently what your 416 has. You can elect to install a one piece but a slight modifacation will be required. In other words an M4 hopup will work.

I have the same JG 416 and I decided to keep its plastic body, its sturdy and theres nothing wrong with it. The hurricane conversion kit costs nearly twice to three times if not more what JG 416 is worth. A disgusting investment if anything, especially for a gun thats so inexpensive. This is most likly your first airsoft gun, leave it as is and just have some fun with it. Theres no need to upgrade it. It has a decent rate of fire with a good FPS and unless your swinging it around like a club the plastic body is fine.

When I said a standard TM M4 hopup, I did mean a 2-piece, as all stock TM guns come with a plastic, 2-piece hopup. I should have been more specific.

Slight at best, however its best reserved for someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to opening an airsoft gun.
A little dremeling and trouble shooting maybe required.

And thats why you should not attempt to change things when youre not quite sure what you are doing.

Here is an ebay link for a replacement part.
You will have to contact the seller yourself to see if he will ship to the UK.
http://cgi.ebay.com/Hop-Up-Set-Tokyo...2em118Q2el1247

Aside from that, you can register yourself on a UK airsoft forum and attempt to find someone who is willing to help you repair it.

Before you spawn off on a trail of what ifs, why dont you contact the seller first.
