CYMA AK47 spring swap

So I bought a S90 spring for my CYMA AK47 to use it indoors. I'm now looking for tutorials on how to change springs (never trusted myself much with opening my guns, I know I should get around doing it). I stumbled across a lot of unuseful and sometimes just plain stupid videos about this gun so I guessed you could help me. I also looked at the Mechbox.com video on disassembling the TM AK Spetsnaz, but I'm wondering at which stage of the disassembly would I be able to swap the spring?

Thanks in advance.

You have to take out the mechbox, and open the mechbox.

You can't just take the externals apart and put in a new spring.
