CA P90 internal upgrade

I was just wondering which silent piston head should I use along with the Guarder FTK?

And does Guarder FTK will do better job than stock CA proline p90 internal??

Thanks guys.

^^ I'll spoon feed you ONLY cause you have a P90

Says something about making your gearbox quiter

the Guarder Full Tune up Kit is a good choice instead of buying all the parts separately like I did lol.

NOTE: if you don't know NEVER BUY FROM Evike (Airsoft Post) I know they carry it but look else where. If you already knew that though then happy sailings and good job

Guarder parts are never a good choice.

really, I was always told to get guarder, or systema. I like my Modify parts but to quiet your gun it may not be the best choice

The people that told you that are probably stuck 5 years ago in the upgrade market

For general all around parts, prometheus is king

well, I'm focusing on make my gear box quiter here.

If I don't touch any stock internal parts and just swap the piston head to silent piston head, will it make a big difference?

and I'm thinking of getting a Systema parts but I can't find any parts for V6 gear box, does anybody know where should I check?

maybe I can just buy a couple of sorbo pad and mod it by myself, is it going to work though??

and if I do that, I think I have to cut some tooth off from the piston for proper engagement, am I right?

Sorbo pad if you really want will reduce the tone of the sound that your gun makes. It is a DIY product but many times I have seen improperly installed or carelessly installed sorbo and piston heads.

With the CA P90 I suggest you buy a replacement piston.

I just bought the sorbo piston head and sorbo cylinder head. Because I couldn't find any sorbo pad for V6 gearbox.

Yeah, I notice the wear on the tooth already yet I've only fired it like 200-300rd at home....

Thanks!

I "just" upgraded a P90, last week.

It is DEAD silent.

Here is the list of parts. Systema and Guarder are mid to low grade parts. Just above all theses chinese junk crap (Magic parts etc.). Modify, Prometheus are amongst the best ever.

Modify high speed piston (white, missing second tooth)
MASK silent piston head, polycarbonate one.
Modify P90 cylinder head
Modify V2 bearing spring guide (not the twist, plastic one)
Modify P90 airseal nozzle
Modify steel bushings for P90
Modify V2/V3/V6 high torque gear set

Again, the thing is incredibly silent. Run it on 9.6v batteries under 350 or 11.1v LiPo if above 360 fps. A silencer at the end, Gemtech G5 or SP90 or anything around 200mm long with a decent diameter (forget the "slim" series... they are just for look). At 10' in front of you, the guys will wonder where you shot from (from personal experience last week-end)
