BB jam between mag and barrel (sig p226 x five)

I have only run about 60 or so bbs since i got this thing. Now I can't even get one shot out of it.
After the slide is pulled back to load a bb, it gets jammed between the mag and the barrel.
Sometimes, this even causes the co2 cartridge to release all its air at once...

Can someone help me troubleshoot this issue?

P.S This is the 4.5mm steel bb and not airsoft. However, I believe the construction of this gun is similar to airsoft guns rather than most airgun pistols (airgun forum wasn't able to help me).
