HA!
I wonder how well that will work and how long. Did you put anything in the crack to seal it? JB Weld!

Once the crack starts to spread upwards that wont work very well!

No just the wire holding it together and its fireing for the moment.
And it was cracked in two so its a dead shell anyways but sence I went from a non fireing gun to a fireing one now I think its not that bad of an idea. Who's going to guess how many BB's I will shoot before it fail's. Last edited by zone 69; December 3rd, 2010 at 04:02.. |

Wish I could test the FPS to see as it seems to be shooting well, but the point for me was to see if the rest of the mechbox&gun was functional as it was non functional when I got my hands on it.

The air seal is mostly assured by the junction between the cylinder and cylinder head, so I guess it won't be that bad, as far as they are held together...

Hahahaha... oh man, those pictures are being saved to the funny gun doc gallery. You are for sure not going to have propper airseal, and that is eventually going to break at the top as well, but E for effort! Whatever keeps it shooting a little longer huh.

I think you should pre-wire the top so that it'll be crack ready.

Then ill have to find a canadian retailer that can source it, plus they must have the right payment method for me, so it may be some time before I pick up a new shell. Last edited by zone 69; December 3rd, 2010 at 14:57.. |

get a shock transfer system to test if it works. I saw a diy one so that could be a cheap option to test.

Try emailing KWA. Tell them yours broke and if you could get replacement. Some forum member said it would be free that way. (Google) And it's non-restricted, you don't need a Canadian retailer.
