WE Scar accuarate sucks
I´ve been searching for solutions, but in Spain we keep testing the Open bolt system.
Any experience? I also see this "FALCON VS-Z Double Point Hop Up Barrel System". (http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/falcon-vs...gbb-260mm.html) Do you think it can be "usefull?" Thanks |

After dialing in the hopup and using green gas with .25 BB bastards (which are a high quality BB) I found the rifle to be both accurate and consistent.
This is with the a Close bolt WE SCAR unmodified on a warm summer day running propane. As for the upgrade you listed It's fairly new. They claim it is an improvement, but until testing and reviews pop up it's a 80 dollar gamble I suppose. Cheers Last edited by Rugger_can; March 17th, 2011 at 10:11.. |

I see...
My problem is that (with 0.25 G&G BIO and GreenGas, and about 12º) i just take about 25 meters, till then the BB gets a crazy-right-up-path. By the way, I have it at aprox 315-345 fps. Well...i suppose i will have to wait for Falcon´s review Thanks |

At 22 degrees my open bolt shoots fine. Minus the exploding part 27.

Has anyone actually used any of the Falcon parts yet? I might want to get their complete inner barrel brass systems, but know nothing about them and there aren't any reviews on any of their products.

I have installed it in my SCAR... Good results up to now... even with crapy BBs...
Here is what you get http://falcontw.myweb.hinet.net/F79.htm Pay attention to the barrel hop up rubber and nub! I'm planning to experiment with my own nubs in the future... Overall good quality and nice package that keeps everything protected... (mine had to go around the world to get here...) After fixing the mag lip feeding and chamber aligning problems it is a new gun! |

Turn down your hopup?

@ Styrak, it is not the hop up, I had that as well... It is a combination of mag feed lip misalignment that crushes the BB to the cylinder when it loads, a bad hop up nub, mold lines in the inside of the rubber sleeve that holds the BB just in front of the hop up... Any or all of the above will make the BB go all over the place... At least that was the case with me... Heavier BBs just made a little difference but not much...
