With the exception of the gun, boots, glasses and beard I think you've nailed it! Very cool stuff. He does appear to have a radio with comm wires being routed somewhere but I can't tell exactly what it is. The sling I can't ID either but it appears to be a simple 2-point black sling. That's the best I can do.

Alright thanks. I don't really care if I have the same boots, and they don't allow glasses at my local field. I'll probably get a 10.5" barrel for my m4 and a suppressor and itll be done. Beard might be awhile though. Would Jtf2 use Sordins? I've seen headsets like then in different pics, but i wouldn't want to ruin the look.

No, they wouldn't in such PSD context.
For more generalities about their gear just check the dedicated threads

PC is Paraclete SOHPC, chest rig is LBT 1961a old version. However, no one repros the SOHPC and the real deal is upwards of $300, so compromise might be the way to go. Suppressor is an OPS Inc 15th-ish model, King Arms makes one but you'll need to cut the bayonet lug off your front sight (or get one that doesn't have one) to fit it on the barrel length they use.
