wa/agm gbbr M4 "chopping balls"
hey guys just got an agm m4 gbbr. i got it used. what is happening is when i shoot full auto it will sometimes (more often than not) missfead balls sometimes even loading as many as three. when this happens it jammes the bolt back and all the gas flows out.... now there has even been a few times that balls have been chopped right in half when this happens.
does any one have any ideas on what might be causing this. it does it with all 3 mags i have so i dont really think it is a mag issue. |

It sounds like something is horribly wrong with the magazine.

what bolt are you using?
might be a Loading nozzle problem... Also what brand of mags are you using? |

ok so like i said i got it used but this is what was stated was in it... ratech bolt face with aluminum nozzle although it looks soooo much like a AABB nozzle
the maggs are agm but once again that is what was stated buy the seller... i have tried with .20 and .25 both do the same thing. if there is any way to confirm what brand the mags are or what brand the bolt/nozzle is please let me know |

maybe the hopup is set too high?
Are you shooting sideways? |

dont think it is the hopup but i guess it could be .... the balls are going stright but they are curving up (i probly just have the hop up set to high ) i think i might have fixed the issue. i am going to do more testing tomorrow then will post my results and how others that are having this problem can fix... if what i have done does not fix the issue then i will turn to look ing at the hop up...

bercause depending on the hopup system... if its set too high... bbs wont even load or bounce back out = nozzle chops the bb....
Magna system gbbr are really picky to work with.... :S |
