Attention Attendee's:

The entrance to the swap meet is in the rear compound. Same as last year (NOT the front door of our building). Please park your vehicles on the side street of St. Matthews.

Attention Retailers/Team Displays:

If you are interested please email us at info@xtreme-tactics.com to book/reserve a spot.

Please provide us with the following information:
-How many table spaces will you require (each space will be approximately 8-10 feet wide)
-What items you will be bringing to retail/show (Please note this is an airsoft event. Bring things that are related!!! I have been contacted last year regarding non-airsoft related matters).
-Confirmation that all airsoft guns will be brought into the event with proper casing/storage containers (NOT exposed while transporting).

Please note the following:

-You must be approved before setting up your table. You cannot just walk in and become a vendor/have a table for displays.
-If you are promoting a team/group or simply having stuff on display. Please have your items marked properly that they are NOT FOR SALE/DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY.
-There is no fee required for tables/spots.
-We do not have tables or chairs to supply. Please provide your own table/tent if needed.
-Unless you have a portable debit/cc machine, this is a cash only event. Please bring enough change (common coins and small bills) for the entire event.
-Please make a commitment to arrive early to setup and stay until the entire event is over.

UPDATE:

We will also be hosting a tactical shooting competition during the swap meet.

A course will be set up throughout the arena. The person who completes the course with the fastest time at the end of the day/event will be awarded an Aftermath CQB Knight (M4 CQB with a full metal rail system and crane stock). You must be 18 and up to accept this prize.

Rules:

-You must hit all designated targets before you can advance/proceed. Once the final target is hit the timer will stop and your time will be recorded. The person with the fastest time will have his/her time written down on a score board for the rest of the competitors to beat. At the 6:00pm mark the competition will stop and the one with the fastest time on the board wins! (a Madbull Practical Shooting Timer will be used to start and stop the time. Once the last target is hit, the timer will automatically stop leaving no room for human error/delay). An audible beep will signify the start and stop of the course.
NOTE: The last target will look different then the rest as it is a special device we use for this timer. A display/demo of this target will be shown for to the operators before they start the course.
-Two shots must be made on each target before you are able to advance
-Semi auto only
-If a target is missed/overlooked, the official will give you a warning for you to double check the room/area before you can proceed
-There will be no limits on bullets/rounds each person can carry/shoot per target as long as the minimum requirement is met
-There will be no engagement distance to the target
-There will be no restrictions as to the type/class of weapon being used (handgun, rifle, machine gun, bolt action, etc) as long as you are doing semi automatic. As long as it is airsoft and fires 6mm or 8mm you can use it!
-You will not be judged/graded on use of cover
-You may NOT have any loaded guns until you are in the designated area and is TOLD to load from the official
-Those using personal guns must properly transport the weapon into our facility (concealed in a case)
-Those using personal guns/equipment is responsible for his/her own ammo and supplies (BB's, Gas, Battery, etc). Please have that ready for the event if you plan on using your own equipment
-There will be no limits as to how often each individual can try (you can try to beat your own time if you like). Only the fastest time will be recorded on the score board

Age Restrictions: None (Minors will be allowed to participate at this event. Those under 18 must obtain approval by a parent or legal guardian). If you are old enough to hold the gun and shoot, you are old enough to enter. Parents are allowed to join so they can supervise/run with the child during the event.

Safety Requirements: Ballistic eye protection must be worn at all times during this course. Loaner safety glasses will be available for those renting or using there own equipment. Minors MUST wear a full face mask during this event (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Fee:
Rental (M4 style AEG with a high cap): $5.00 per entree
Personal Equipment/gun: $3.00 per entree
