D boys 98k bolt swap
If you have a springer 98k and u buy a gas bolt will it work?

Nope, you can't change them sadly.
A spring version will always be a spring version. Likewise with the gas.

There's a few in the classifieds.
Unless you want a wall-hanger/show piece, I suggest avoiding the Dboys K98. The shells have a tendancy to jam, fail, and the two-piece barrel is a POS. Or, if you want a project gun, pick one up and mod a VSR-10 into the stock. I have one that I did that to, it's not very hard per-say. Other then that, look into the G&G K98. So far it doesn't sound too bad once you get the steel replacement parts in. Looks and feels awesome too!

Ahh its only a wall hanger just to really say i have one lol i already got a good one i wanna shoot around with a 98k lol
