WETTI M4 Poor Gas Efficiency on CO2

Hi all, I've recently had a chance to try out my M4 with 12 CO2 mags with leaks fixed with o-rings, but I got terrible gas consumption and cooldown. Temps were between 10 and 15C and I couldn't get through an entire mag without the gun slowing down to the point of uselessness. Last fall I was able to get about 60 rounds to a 12g powerlet without the NPAS installed and on the original plastic valve gasket. I don't hear any gas leaking from the mags I used when they were filled, or as I was shooting. These problems coupled with the horrible accuracy and hop up from the stock closed bolt system are starting to get exasperating. Probably going to have to change to OB for the accuracy, but that's a whole 'nother bag of fun.

Any useful experience on CO2 would be much appreciated.
