Need Help with My M4-Finding Bipod and

about 4-5 months ago i came into the ownership of a G&P M4A1 Carbine, and it had worked superb. However now i am wishing to add some mods to my gun, that i have discovered over time would be useful and would be of benifit. However after discussing it with fellow team and club members ( tac-Ops ) i had been referred to here to get finalize my thoughts so i can purchase the required items. I have searched the forums, and half already answered 2 of my questions, however the next couple i have been unable to find anything directly. Ahead of time, i apologize for the quality on my camera, it is, not the best.

The First item.
i was debating on getting a bipod for my m4, however since i do not have a RIS ( as of yet ) i was hoping to find a bipod that can clip onto the barrel, where the spot for a bayonet is, just under the front sight.

For the Bipods, ive been searching through war 4 and WGC, however almost all of the bipods i can see are for a RIS/RAS or a sniper model.
The only bipod ive seen that says anything like attack to a point is this following one, but to me it still looks wrong.
Bipod Pic
Any help finding a bipod for that area would be swell and appreciated. My Last makeshift Bipod, was a couple of bamboo sticks, ducts tape, and elastic bands.

2nd upgrade!
The 2nd upgrade i am looking to get my hands onto is a mount for my flashlight. However the mount im after isnt for a RIS/RAS its for my barrel. IM really sick of using Electrical tape to keep it on. Maybe im not looking hard enough, or for the right terms, but i cant find anything on these, and after searching retailers i am still at no luck. The pictures below, are were i hope ( or general area) i would like my flashlight to sit. Right below the barrel, inbetween the silencer and possibly my future bipod.

If there are no products at my disposable, does anyone know of a repitable metalworker in the alberta region who could possibly craft this attachment?

Im not trying to mooch information without researching the topic, after i post this i will continue to search more for what im looking for.
Thanks to anyone who can help me with these querys.

well i play alot of indoor, and i use my flashright quite often, and taping it to my gun isnt worth it any longer, and with it under the barrel, it has worked fine for me so far.., and youd be suprised how often im in one spot and a bi-pod would be useful

Now if i were to invest in a RIS/RAS< which is better for the m4, and which brand should i go for since i have a g&P gun

Are you referring to something like this?

This is my G&P M4A1 WITHOUT a RAS or RIS.
