EhobbyAsia
Ordered a large order and when I received it the helmet they sent me was the wrong one and it was dented to boot. I ordered the "EA Gear MICH TC-2000 Replica Helmet (Black) HT-11-BK 1". http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/ea-gear-m...met-black.html
My order confirmed the same. Its a flat brim fiber glass version. I received a black helmet that looks more like a PASGT and is metallic, last I checked magnets dont stick to fibreglass. I contacted them right away and expresed my concerns and asked them to send me a email address so I could send pics showing it was the wrong helmet. I received a response with an email address on 17 July 2012 and I immediately sent in the pics and I received a confirmation email that I assume meant they received it. There has been no response as of this date 25 July 2012. Sadly pretty disappointed with their "picking ability" and their poor communication. |

Sorry for the lack of response.
Sadly in being #1 exporter to the world, we just get to many emails in a day to efficiently get to every thing quickly. Comes with the territory i guess. To help getting your case looked into... Feel free to resend 2 or 3 times if you have too. Put URGENT in subject bar for matters that have limited time to correct, (order adjustments etc ) And even Facebook questions can be answered 2 times a day, although moved to emails for solutions if needed... but usually it gets a swifter result.

Received an email stating they couldn't match the pics to a instock product and I must have received a improperly labelled item. They are shipping out the helm I wanted (and OD not the black that I had settled for) at their expense. The communication and problem resolution has been significantly improved. So far so good.

LOL, Just received another email stating I can keep the wrong helmet and use it for target practice. Problem being resolved and a sense of humour, +1 to Customer Service Rep #3 (CS3). The only thing they cant insure is that customs won't hit me again even if its marked a replacement, but thats on the Canadian Gov not them and i'm certainly use to taxes.

yeah, sorry about the taxes.
As we are working with customs to ship airsoft guns into the country, we have to declare the true value of the items. Everything has to be above board with I's doted and T's crossed. again.. sorry.

Received my order today. It is the proper item a Mich 2000 replica in OD as requested. I am very happy with the final resolution. It certainly sucked that the order was messed up initially but ehobbyasia listened to my complaint, investigated, admitted the error, and resolved the issue. Can't ask for much more then that. On a related note Customs left it alone.
Thanks Ehobby. You just earned a future order . |
