Is it true that WE open bolt m4 uses the same type of hop up rubber and same barrel as a WA m4?

I own a we 416 and a wa m4. i vaguely rmbr how it looked but i just wanted to make sure .

They could I suppose....if you do some kind of AEG Hopup rubber conversion for both...
