New upgrade spring longer then stock spring?
So i recently bought a Prometheus M90 in order to down grade my ak47 in order to be able to play indoor. Although when i open up the gear box to my surprise the new spring is about 2 cm longer then the stock spring.
And i am able to get the spring into the gear box but im not sure if its a good idea to leave it in, So my question is will i be ok to use it or better off returning it and finding a proper fit spring? |

Most aftermarket springs are longer than stock springs.
It will settle shorter anyways. |

prommy M90, I believe that has a max output of about 310fps, should typically be around 290-300

Yeah but as i said the spring is slightly longer so it is a little bit tighter in the gearbox then the stock one, would it put any strain on the gearbox? Also i forgot to mention the spring is also slightly smaller in diameter then the stock one is that fine?
