Depends, they do add some solidity to the gun. Best places? Pick a reputable retailer in your country.
Worth the money? That's a personal judgement you will have to make. I hope you know how to maintain your gun and rebuild it from scratch. Some metal bodies are not exactly easy to install. |

i do know how to maintain my gun.
any way are there any good game sites in the vancover area as i was planing to go to cander in june of 06 and in though i might try and find a place to play do u know of anywhere good???.... |

There are two clubs in the Vancouver Area that play.
OpFor Airsoft Club --> http://www.op-for.ca/forum/index.php BC Airsoft Club --> http://www.bcairsoft.com Just so you know, leave your guns in the UK, don't bring them with you, otherwise you won't be going home with them.
