slight hook to the right at about 100ft

Gun: CA M24
Barrel: Madbull 6.03
Bucking: shaved lonex w/ r-hop

The gun is shooting with a slight hook to the right each and every shot.
Need to pull it apart but I am almost positive the barrel is in straight. Perhaps the rhop needs a bit of trimming on the right side?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be the barrel/hop up unit is tilted a lil to the right

So maybe a slight turn to the left of the whole barrel/hop up unit?

Yes or even just the barrel itself within the hop up. An easy way to test would be to crank up the hop up and use a light bb and see if it hooks big time then its for sure a lil twisted.

Thanks!! I will give the barrel a slight turn. Guess I will just show up to the HILL super early tomorrow just in case I need to tweak more.

I think you may have some paint stuck in the barrel.

Clean it out.

if everything lines up properly the following may apply

if you sanded the inner barrel side of the rhop patch, you may have not done it evenly and more pressure is being applied on the right side.

Used the z kit so I didn't touch the inside of the patch. Just sanded the outside.

what's the inside of the bucking look like? did you rotate it for an even surface? (totally guilty of not doing that sometimes)

it's likely just the barrel being slightly rotated as suggested, however.

I did NOT rotate the bucking. I will tear it down and confirm all of the above. Except for trevs suggestion.

Dirty barrel, damaged barrel, or bad hopup rubber/ unseated. Fully disassemble, inspect, clean, and re install the entire assembly and it should be fine. For best measure, replace the hopup rubber and nub.

Brand new barrel, rhop and bucking. Its user error. Going to turn the bucking and ensure the rhop is sanded flush and the barrel is in the hop up chamber perfectly centered.

Yea, because even if you didn't touch the inside of the patch, if the outside of the patch is uneven, it could produce uneven pressure on the bb.

On ASM, HS5 has suggested to turn the inner barrel alittle to compensate.
