Anyone own one of these WE full metal hi-capa type pistols? They look pretty decent, and for a fraction of the cost of a FMU WA pistol, I'm certainly interested in knowing more...

I'm interested because of the decreased weight of the slide... this thing could actually have decent blowback.

So is the gun out or is it comming out? How much do you expect this thing to cost? On the spec arms pre-order post on there forum, they are selling WE hicapas for 225 but they are not the dragon version.

So do these WE guns actually perform well or no? Any info from someone that has one? Would it be a better choice to spend the extra 100 or so to get a TM hicapa?

The WE's are solid... no doubt about it. I could toss it down my stairs and probly do no harm to it.
They're Propane ready out of the box, so power isn't an issue either. Just the cool down is the only gripe. They don't like you to go trigger happy. The gas cools off alot faster than 134a or Green and you loose all power. I'd say 10 fast sucsessive rounds will bring it to a screeching halt. If you're mindfull of not just 'going to town', it's fantastic performer. No jams, missfeeds, or other assorted issues.
