If theyre totally stock and shoot like crap right now, and you get an rhop with a prometheus barrel and ensure you have no air leaks, then yes it will make a huge difference.

They are bone stock but they seem to shoot ok. I'm no pro but I would say they both hit a target 100 ft or less pretty accurately.

rhop will give you improvement even with shit air seal, but you won't see the majority of the benefit until you're under +/- 5 fps shot to shot when you chrono.

Once the airseal is good, and you're shooting around 1.5j, using .30s, Rhop and a good barrel you should be easily in the 200-240ft mark

Doing all of the above and using a high quality hop rubber would net about the same range. The Rhop just gives you a flatter trajectory and allows you to use heavier ammo.

If you don't rate yourself as very skilled and patient then the Maple Leaf Bucking seems to produce 90% of the R-hop performance with 10% of the work.
But unless you are willing to run heavy ammo then you won't see much performance increase from any hop mod. Food for thought. -Grant |
