KWA Glock 19 not working? Broken part?
My G19 constantly jams so i disassembled and found the reason why, or at least i think so. I'm not sure what to do to get it back in working condition so some help would be much appreciated.
When I reassembled it I found that there's a spring that I have no idea where it came from. (in picture) So do I need new parts or a part and if so where do I get them from? Thank you very much |

That looks like the nozzle spring. You might have to take apart the nozzle again. That piece goes somewhere near the top of the nozzle. Unless KWA doesn't work like that?

That spring is from the blow back unit/loading nozzle IIRC. DO NOT BEND IT. It's also a bit hard to put back you almost need a third hand or lots of manual dexterity to help you. There should be two of them. Part 23 on the KSC IIRC.
EDIT: Also, when you go to reinstall the blow back unit, be very careful you can easily bend them.

lol that nozzle is very broken.
Give KWA a call directly. They are very helpful and shouldnt cost too much from their pro shop for the nozzle and spring. |

Your nozzle is totally destroyed. You'll need a new one.

Yes there should be 2 loading nozzle springs. It's held in by a "pin" you have to basically hold down both springs at once and the rocket valve while you push the pin to hold it in place. See parts diagram here: http://www.kwausa.com/forums/index.p...t&attach_id=11
You won't be able to find parts directly on the KWAUSA site but if you search in the search box "M19" is the term you're looking for. That or the ATP uses the Glock internals. I think it's Part #22 that you're looking for which refers to the loading nozzle and assuming you haven't lost or broken any other parts that's it. Definitely get them to send you like 5 or 6 of those loading nozzle springs though, and if you have a plastic rocket valve might as well replace it with a metal one (It's the "Aluminum NS2 Valve" on the KWAUSA site).
