I would like a red dot sight that works with the front iron sight. I have heard people talking about a 40mm sight but I cannot find one that is on a Canadian site, please give suggestions of where I can get a sight under 40$ That works with front m4 sight. Thanks

I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but any dot sight or scope that sits on the same level as your iron sights should do fine. I've a cheapo 40mm sight that lines up perfectly, on my Scar, and I had a 20mm that also lined up if I used a riser.
For a quick and dirty zero, I use the iron sights and align the dot with the tip of the front post.
I'm also confused about why you'd restrict your search to Canadian sites. It's not like you'll have a prob getting them into Canada. It took me (no exaggeration) less than two minutes to find scopes and sights on multiple sites that'd do fine for you. Care to explain?

Sorry for being unclear, the reason I restrict my search to Canadian sites is because I don't trust cross-boarder shipping, I've had some issues with it in the past. I am extremely beginner-level with this kind of stuff as well, so all I'm trying to ask for with this is for some links to red dot sights other people would recommend. When I said "that works with the m4 front sight" I meant one where the dot lines up with it

Depends on your iron sights and your rifle, you can adjust the windage and elevation so it cowitness with the iron sights
