KSC/KWA Glock 19 vs. Other Glocks?

I spent a couple minutes searching the forums for what people say about this gun and it all seems very positive, but the threads were started a pretty long time ago and I want to know if that information is current. Does this gun stack up against newer GBB pistols? The full-metal build is a really big turn on for me, but I don't want to spend $260 (plus tax and other expenses...) just to find out a shiny new and better Glock is out there. Any input would be great, thanks!

I own a 18c and m93r from Kwa. I have some upgrades in the 18c, but the 93r shoots farther and harder, slightly less accurate that the 18c.

Well if you're dead set on a Glock 19 there are a few options.

Glock 19s

KWA
WE
KJW (Makes a 23 same size)
VFC
Army

The KJW is compatible with Tm Glock internals. The WE is mostly compatible with TM Glock internals. VFC is about 1/2 with TM internals. Army, I am not really sure about TM compatibility. KWA is a whole different system with limited upgrade potential.

I am open to using G17's as well, it's just that I've heard the KSC/KWA g19 was better than their g17

If you want performance you cant go wrong with a Tokyo Marui Pistol.
E&L will be coming out with a Glock 17 pretty soon.
Other than that you have a plethora of choices.

You mentioned you like the "full metal build" (Glocks are actually metal slides/barrels and polymer frames): bear in mind the TM Glock is all plastic.

I understand, but I can replace the slide with an aluminum one and deal with the plastic lower. If i have to sacrifice a little more money to get the metal part in order to get a better performing and longer lasting gun with more customization options, I'll do it.

The TM Glock 17 just came in today, it's a BEAUTY! It might be plastic, but it looks and feels nothing like plastic. The slide is cold like metal, the receiver feels like polymer and the mag is actually metal. It shoots loud, the recoil feels amazing and everything is very ergonomic. Really excited to take this thing to a game and pew pew people. Pretty glad I listened to you guys instead of getting the KSC right now.

If you still consider a G19 in your future, the KSC G19 is heavy weight, and feels really nice when shooting. The internal design of the KSC/KWA Glock models feels like a ball bearing slide, you can barely feel any bumps when you slowly release the slide. Hop-up is easily adjustable with the proper tool.

The KSC/KWA G19 is the only airsoft glock on the market which uses a metal-filled polymer that is more dense, feels cool to the touch and is the closest match to an RS Glock19 compared to any other airsoft G19.

I have compared this side-by-side with several Airsoft glocks and an RS Glock19

I don't think Army Armament have a G19 (their G17 is supposed to be TM compatible, individual experience may vary), but Classic Army have a G19 (CA19).

Don't run green gas on that glock unless you plan on upgrading to metal soon.
