Does Prowin hop up increase FPS ?

OK so this is my case: I have 2 guns, first :

Maingun GC1-46

Mods :
Prometheus purple hopup bucking
PDi stainless 6.01 tight barrel

Gun shoot between 390-395 fps

Backup gun CM16

Buy the gun dissembly without any hop up inside. Someone offer me for cheap a never used ProWin unit. This seen to be a nicely build parts and I know usually a better hop up setup will help optain a better grouping and range. I find it interesting to use it in my maingun. I can just switch the stock G&G unit inside the CM16. But what about the fps ? We can't play with gun shooting more than 400 fps in my area.

Someone ever test before after this kind of hop up unit?
