VFC 416 hopup rubber/inner barrel
Hey everyone,
I have been gaming my VFC 416 stock for the last year and now thinking of adding an upgrade or two. I was looking into a new hopup rubber and inner barrel. The stock inner barrel is 300mm I think. I am looking for some suggestions on rubber/barrel combos from some people who have a little more expert knowledge with these types of thing. Right now the gun is shooting at 325 on .20 bb's and I am looking to use this outdoors, should I also upgrade my spring to get some more FPS? Any suggestions or help is appreciated, thanks. |

Yeah, a slightly stiffer spring to bump it up to 370 would be a good idea. Barrel + bucking... probably best bang for your buck would be an R-hopped Prometheus barrel. I dunno though... I happened to find that VFC's stock barrel + bucking + hopup chamber shot extremely well.

If you are looking to upgrade the barrel group, stick in a R Hopped Prometheus barrel. You can use your stock unit and rubber if you go that route.
Unless you have air seal problems, you should be able to net close to 400 FPS on a stock VFC with a M100. |
