M1 thompson to L2A3 Sterling mod
M1 thompson to l2a3 sterling mod:
I was wondering how much trouble this would be. M1 gearbox and grip/motor are angled similar and a MP5 mag would position in the right spot. The barrel would have to be rotated side ways for the curved side feed mags Problems would be getting everything lined up inside thr tube. This was done by a fellow in the uk. (mikoyan99) I have modding experience with paintball - not so much with airsoft. I made a paintball version of a sterling. Last edited by COMMANDER BOND; August 9th, 2016 at 00:44.. |

I've had one for a while now. It is very similar to the Canadian version (SMG C1). Only someone who used a real one would know the difference. Goes well with a cold war Canadian kit or storm trooper...
