Sniper qualifications
Hey guys, I know this has been brought up many times from my searches for it, but out of curiosity are there any actual dates for these courses, and how long are they? Also, where are they usually held?
I'm very interested in this, not just for the cert but for learning more and building on my skills. Thanks in advance. |

Courses are normally posted here in ths events sections.
They run all day normally (9am-5pm) give or take. some will start later and some will finnish faster or run longer depending on many factors. Ther are also held at many locations. I cant recall one near Oshawa recently but once the outdoor season gets underway events will pop up. the last one I was going go attend was near georgetown so not super far from you.

As far as I know, there aren't any set dates; it's whenever the instructors have the time and feel like running one. I need to get myself out to one of these too...

well see now, thats two in the "gta" basically. I am sure Paul will see this and start thinking about a date. best bet like i said is check back in the events section regularly and one is bound to pop up once the season gets under way.
keep in mind 450fps is useable for most at most outdoor fields with a bolt action and the range from 50 fps is negligable compared to what you get with good heavy ammo a good barrel and hop up combo and consistant fps. so dont let your lack of cert discourage you. i run 500 but i wish i had a 400-450ish spring so i could engage closer alot of the time lol.

I appreciate the feedback! I'll keep my eye on the events sections for when this comes up that way I can get into a class. I think I'm more interested in learning what can be taught more then acquiring the cert, but having it and possibly acquiring more levels would be a bonus.
Thanks for the info Hectic! Appreciate it! |
