Systema brand? Is it the type with the stainless steel and gold tab, or is the tube all gold aluminum? For a new style Systema cylinder 410 isn't bad, in fact many worn in gold cylinders will settle in right around there. If anything it just needs to be regressed, possibly the o-ring replaced, barring any damage. Make sure your end caps are screwed on, just snug, not tight. Only till the threads disappear or you'll warp the cylinder. Are there BB dents in the cylinder dee near where the o-ring is? That can have an effect. Is your buffer tube cap shimmed properly on your receiver? Your receiver should shut tight and not have a hollow or clunk sound when firing.

Thank you for your opinion,the cylinder is stainless and the gun is the challenge kit with ambi selector and pts rear sight .i bought it in 2015 so i think it is the 2013 type.Also,the motor is kumi 7511.
I has shimmed the buffer tube cap already. When I was firing,it did not have any odd sound . Also ,I have added the o-ring on cylinder head .
By the way, the cylinder was dry and I did not add any oil since 2year ago.

Use systema cylinder grease. Nothing else will get a systema cylinder sealing as well.
410-430fps on a .20 is the normal fps for an M130.

But the gold cylinder work in 14.5 inch should not be around 1.8-1.9 joule?

On a Systema your barrel length won't affect your velocity much. Some of the newer style guns shoot a little hotter, but it does settle. Our golds settled in at 409 - 417 FPS on average. So unless you witnessed a sudden velocity loss, or have reason to believe something is wrong, then I'd say your cylinder is fine.

M150 is closer to 2j

M130 = 130m = 428ft = 428fps

regrease your cylinder with the right stuff, otherwise it's fine.
